Fuck Diets.
That's all I have to say! Diets don't work; what works is healthy eating and lifestyle changes and basically...moving your big ol juicy ASSSSSS! Whether you choose the gym/organized exercise/your own devices: the bottom line is: CHOOSE what is right for your lifestyle, research it, think about it, commit to it, find some friends (on Facebook, we all have them!) who are willing to help you reach your goal!
Here I am...today. On October 7th, 2013. In plain clothes and in my tight ass hunting clothes that my dad-o spent a fortune on that I PROMISED i would lose 20 pounds to fin in IN 6 FUCKING WEEKS!!!
ME:
Guess how much I weigh?!?!??!?
TODAY: I weigh 237!!!!!!!!!!!!
